Alicia Rice
​as Katrina 

Alicia graduated with a BFA in theater from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia before going on to study, teach, and compete in ballroom and Latin dance. Since her return to the stage she has most recently been seen in Theatre Red’s Dracula (Mina), Summer Stage’s Moon Over Buffalo (Charlotte), First Stage’s Hamlet (Gertrude), and Soulstice’s MacBeth (Lady MacBeth). Ali has been delighted to combine her two passions, theatre and dance, as choreographer for Windfall Theatre’s City of Angels, Theatre on Main’s I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, and University School of Milwaukee’s The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

Zach Thomas Woods
​as Jack Frost

Zach Thomas Woods holds a BFA in acting from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He recently appeared in Theatre RED’s A Lady in Waiting and The Baker Street Trilogy at Old World Wisconsin, both also written by Liz Shipe. Other Milwaukee acting credits include Les Miserables and Hair! at the Skylight Music Theatre; Anatole, Big Fish, and Spookley the Square Pumpkin at First Stage. He is also a company actor and playwright at Kohl’s Wild Theatre, an educational program through the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Recent directing credits include Evita, The Miss Firecracker Contest, Death by Design, and Moon Over Buffalo.

Hugh Blewett
As Wodan

Hugh Blewett has performed in Community/Semi-professional theatre in Milwaukee, and has worked on many films in the Milwaukee area. He has recently graduated from Cardinal Stritch University. Some of his favorite roles include Professor Moriarty, Much the Miller’s Son, and Rumpelstiltskin. Hugh has just started his own film company, Lost Star Films, LLC and is starring in a web series whose working title is Lucky Shot.

Liz Shipe
​As Gwen

Liz Shipe is a playwright, actor and costumer. Most recently she was seen in Summerstage's production of Moon Over Buffalo as Eileen. UPON A MIDNIGHT CLEAR: A TALE OF JACK FROST is Shipe's sixth production in and around the Milwaukee area. She has enjoyed successful runs of past shows: “The Baker’s Street Trilogy” at the Old World Wisconsin, 1940’s musical, “Home for Christmas” at the Historic Brumder Mansion, and Robin Hood themed “A Lady in Waiting” with TheaterRed. Keep watching for new work to roll out later this spring.

Bill Jackson
As Father Christman

Bill is a busy actor, director, and teacher in Milwaukee. As an actor, he's worked with Skylight, Milwaukee Chamber, and Milwaukee Shakespeare Theatres and the Bay View Players. Plays have included ANGELS IN AMERICA: PERESTROIKA, SWEENEY TODD, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN, THE TEMPEST, MY CHILDREN, MY AFRICA, and Liz Shipe's A LADY IN WAITING at Soulstice as King Richard. He has directed HAIRSPRAY, WEST SIDE STORY, SWEET CHARITY, and A RAISIN IN THE SUN. Bill has taught Theatre, English, and Creative Writing at Milwaukee High School of the Arts, South Milwaukee, and Menomonee Falls High Schools. Bill is also on the staff at First Stage Children's Theatre and writer/director of THE MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH. He's currently working on a one-man show on the life of the legendary jazz singer, Billy Eckstine.

Bryan Quinn
As Mrs. Battlesbee

Bryan Quinn is a local actor, designer, and director. He studied theater at Wisconsin Lutheran College and has continued to work with companies in the Milwaukee area, including Falls Patio Players, Milwaukee Entertainment Group, Pink Banana Theatre Co., and Theatre RED. He has previously been seen on the Soulstice Stage as Lucius Fretway in The Explorers Club, Little John in Lady in Waiting and Owen Fawcett in The Seeds of Banquo. 

Grace DeWolff
​Director

Grace DeWolff is a Milwaukee director, actor, and teaching artist who you may have previously seen at In Tandem in The Glass Menagerie and Beast on the Moon. Educated at UWM and First Stage Theater Academy, Grace's favorite things about the holidays is spending time with other theater makers creating magic, eating lots of cookies, and watching Elf. Her next project is in January: Little Gem at the Irish Cultural Heritage Center directed by Lindsey Gagliano. Thanks for sharing your holidays with us!

Nicole Allee
​Stage Manager

Nicole has been a part of Milwaukee theatre for almost a year now and is thrilled she got to be a part of this show. Recently she was props/stage crew for A Little Night Music (Waukesha Civic Theater), and stage manager for Midsummer Night's Dream (Village Playhouse). In February she will be assistant director for Almost Maine (Waukesha Civic Theater).
